Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users of the website drewluxgroup.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

  1. The administrator of personal data contained in the Website is DREW-LUX Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Mikołów, ul. Towarowa 11, NIP 635-183-93-98, REGON 365272879, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

  2. The website obtains information about Users entered in the forms based on their consent.

  3. The data provided is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to answer a question.

  4. The user who entered the data in the form has the right to:

    1. access, modification, deletion of personal data,

    2. limit processing and request to stop processing your data at any time,

    3. withdraw consent at any time - withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal,

    4. transferring data to another Personal Data Administrator

    5. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  5. Personal data provided by the User in the form will be processed for a period not longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which they were provided and until the Administrator's legal, accounting and tax obligations exist, as well as until any claims expire. If consent has been given to the processing of personal data - until the consent is withdrawn.

  6. The Administrator shall exercise due diligence in order to properly secure the personal data provided, and in particular against their disclosure to unauthorized persons.

  7. The provided personal data may be made available to entities that have a legal basis resulting from the provisions of law.

  8. Entities collecting and processing personal data on the website come mainly from Poland and the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. Google Inc. is based in the USA and provides a website statistics service called Google Analytics). These entities are required to comply with the principles set out in the EU-US Privacy Shield program regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data of European Union citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016 on the adequacy of protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield) and contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.

  9. Legal basis related to the processing of personal data:

    1. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (uśude);

    2. Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (PrTel);

    3. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC; (GDPR);

Policy on the use of cookies

Cookies are IT data stored on Users' end devices, intended for the use of websites.

  1. The drewluxgroup.pl website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. These include: IP address, domain name, browser type, type of operating system and data on the User's navigation path and time spent on specific subpages.

  2. The administrator may use cookies to:

    1. increasing the usability of the website and adjusting its content to the individual preferences of the User

    2. creating anonymous statistics based on the Google Analytics system (analysis of Users' activities on the website and demographic data), excluding the possibility of identifying the User

    3. displaying remarketing ads via the Google AdWords system to Users who have visited the website

    4. displaying personalized advertisements, tailored to the interests of users and their behavior on the web

Using these settings, it is possible to determine the scope of the User's consent to place this type of files in his browser. Restricting the use or preventing the use of cookies may, however, affect some of the website's functionalities.

Safety rules

  1. The user of the website should take care of the security of his devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have an anti-virus program with an up-to-date virus definition database, an up-to-date and safe version of a web browser and an enabled firewall.

  2. It is recommended to enable anti-phishing filters (tools) in the web browser that check whether the displayed website is authentic and is not used for phishing, e.g. by impersonating an institution or a given business entity.

  3. It is recommended to be careful when opening attachments or clicking links in e-mails that the User did not expect, e.g. from unknown senders. In case of doubt, it is worth contacting the sender, e.g. by phone.

  4. Files should only be downloaded from trusted places. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.

  5. A service user using a home Wi-Fi network should set a secure and hard-to-break network access password. It is also recommended to use the highest possible encryption standards for Wi-Fi wireless networks, which are possible to run on your equipment, e.g. WPA2.
